Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for annual financial statements preparation project. The overall objective of the request for proposal is to secure the services of an experienced consultant/s to assist IDFC with the preparation of the Annual Financial Statements for Ntingwe Farming (Pty) Ltd and the consolidated Annual Financial Statements for Ntingwe Tea (Pty) Ltd for the 2023 financial year. Scope: The following are services required by Ntingwe, but not limited to: - Manually capture transactions from bank statements and invoices to create Trial Balance. - Prepare Annual Financial Statements from the computed Trial Balance. - Compile an audit file consisting of supporting documents for the audit. - Provide weekly progress reports to the Group Chief Financial Officer. - Provide a report at the end of the project with all gaps identified, solutions implemented and signed off. - Liaise with the appointed external auditors, and provide the information requested by them. - Respond to audit queries that may arise from the audit. - Successfully conclude the assignment within agreed timelines.
