Quotations are hereby invited for the Provision to provide accredited training in assessor and moderator course to employees. Scope of work: 1. The service provider(s) shall render and be responsible for the required training intervention and plan to the client; 2. To equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively assess learners against specified criteria; 3. To enable participants to understand the principles and practices of moderation within the context of assessment; 4. To ensure participants are proficient in providing constructive feedback to learners based on assessment outcomes; 5. To certify participants as competent assessors and moderators in accordance with industry standards and organizational requirements; 6. Delivery of Training: Conducting interactive and engaging training sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to facilitate learning and skill development; 7. Assessment and Certification: Implementing assessment processes to evaluate participants" understanding and competency, and issuing certifications upon successful completion; 8.
