Proposals are hereby invited for advertising customer satisfaction survey services for the client. Scope of work: The selected service provider will be responsible for the following tasks: i) Develop a customer satisfaction survey. ii) Distribute the customer satisfaction survey to ECRDA customers, with consideration of the client"s rural footprint, where clients may need to be visited in person. iii) Conduct the survey using appropriate methodologies, including online surveys, telephone interviews, physical interviews, and focus group discussions. iv) Analyze the customer satisfaction survey results and provide the client with a detailed analysis that includes, at a minimum, the following: - Customer satisfaction percentage, - Areas of dissatisfaction, - Reasons for dissatisfaction, with percentages linked to these reasons to facilitate the prioritization of strategies to address these areas. v) Survey should include customer feedback or proposals to enhance client service delivery. vi) Develop a Customer Satisfaction Survey report which provide the agency with all the details of the analysis as well as information on how the survey was conducted. vii) Develop a database of clients and indicate what percentage of clients participated as well as percentage that did not participate and provide reasons for non-participation. Quotations are hereby invited from service providers to supply, strike down the 3m free standing Santa, provide storage, refurbishment, installation & maintenance as detailed in the RFQ. Specifications: The Client is requesting supplier to: • Breakdown of the 3m Santa on or about 29 December 2024 (TBC); • The removal and transport off site to a secure indoor storage facility; • 11 x months storage of the 3-meter light Santa; • Full insurance to cover the light structure during storage to the value of R 150 000; • Full repairs and refurbishment need to be done before returning him in full working order; • Purchase of white, red and black tinsel; • Purchase of outdoor red and white outdoor lighting as per the spec; • All electricals including lighting must be IP Rated to be weather proofed for outdoor lighting; • Delivery and installation of the 3-meter Santa in perfect working condition with new tinsel; • Including 4 x newly painted white wooden fencing to be set up surrounding the light sculpture; • Supplier must also provide up-keep of the display during this time.
