Extension of Closing Date: Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider for the decommissioning and disposal of the existing; and the supply, delivery, installation, commissioning and support of new ATC voice recorder and playback systems at ATNS smaller and regional airports. The Project shall provide the following: - New ATC Recorder and Playback Systems (hardware and software) supplied, delivered, installed and commissioned at 13 smaller and regional airports and the Aviation Training Academy (ATA). - Remote Monitoring Workstations, Technical Maintenance Workstations and Playback Workstations supplied, delivered, installed and commissioned at sites as specified in the Technical Specifications. - All auxiliary equipment and supporting infrastructure as defined in the technical specifications. - A lifespan of at least 10 years on the entire system including all main and standby equipment, auxiliary equipment, supporting infrastructure and workstations. - Warranties; and spares for the lifespan of the system. - Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests for the new systems. - Training on the new system to technicians, specialists, and ATA instructors. - A maintenance and support contract for the new ATC Voice Recorder and Playback Systems at all of the included sites for a period of 10 years.
