Keesler AFB has a requirement for a Contractor to provide new sound baffles in the indoor firing range B3518 at Keesler AFB. The Service provider shall furnish all necessary equipment, labor, supervision and materials specified in this Contract. All work is to be performed in accordance with this specification and is subject to the terms and conditions of this contract, and as specifically cited in the Contractor"s Proposal to the Contracting Officer. This acquisition will be conducted as a Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) set aside, utilizing Performance Price Trade-off (PPT) Procedures. Interested Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZones) sources may submit a proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238350. The size standard is $15 Million. Magnitude of proposed construction is between between $250000.00 and $500000.00. The Solicitation Package, Specifications, and Drawings (if applicable), will tentatively be posted on the FedBizOpps Website: http://www.fbo.gov on/or around 20 March 2019 with a tentative closing date of 18 Apr 2019. The contract performance period will be 90 days from the Notice to Proceed. All Contractors wishing to do business with the Government are required to register in the System for Award Management (SAM) DoD Database prior to any subsequent award.
