Specifications: Undercover vehicular waiting bay: A drive-through facility requires an undercover bay for a car to park next to a service window. This structure will be an open-sided steel structure with a sheet metal roof, planted on new foundations on one side, and fixed to the existing building on the other side. Undercover walkway: An undercover walkway is required to provide shelter to employees and customers. This structure will be an open-sided steel structure with a sheet metal roof, planted on new foundations on one side, and fixed to the existing building on the other side. It will have a new paved floor, finished as per specifications. Interior work: There are a number of new joinery items needed comprising of kitchen cabinets, kitchenette cabinets, desks, filing cabinets and medium duty filing shelves. Part of the interior upgrade includes the installation of 2 new aluminium windows/doors and the replacement of an existing timber window.
