Procure the service of event host / Master of Ceremony for the event; 9. Provide 4 x VIP toilet; 10. Set up a stretch tent with chair/couches that sit 50 people; 11. Catering for 50 people providing platters, soft drinks, snacks and water 12. Market the event on digital platform or social media.
