Re-advertisement: Extension of the closing date: Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Repair, maintenance and service roller shutter doors at TNPA Port of Ngqura for once off period. Scope of work: - Repair all roller shutter doors with defects, include supply and fit of missing components (electrical and mechanical); - The repair, maintenance and service should include but not limited. Eight roller (8) doors to be replaced, one (1) roller door to be fitted with a new motor. Thirty-eight (38) require maintenance and service; - Repair power and control circuit to the roller shutter door, include wiring and functional components such as electrical contactor"s, relays, and timers; - Ensure functionality of electrical components such as roller door motors, push buttons, and other safety devices like e/stop, isolators, and limit switches; - Repair, maintain, and service all mechanical components including spring loaded barrels, slats, roller door guides, hand chains, drive chains, drive shaft, all brackets, T-beam, sprockets, and other gears; - Tensioning mounting bolts and lubricate all functional parts and components where required; - Supply of lubricant for the roller shutter door; - Ensure all the doors are fully operational and comply with all the relevant safety standards.
