Quotations are hereby invited from service providers for the remuneration benchmark for Durban Marine Theme Park. Scope: The successful service provider must assist DMTP with measurement and provision of the following services: - Salary Benchmark of Remuneration / Total Rewards Benchmark, indicate the movements within the past two years (2021/22 and 2022/23) as well as projections going forward; - Supply Indicative Pay scale principles for remuneration or compensation structures formulation; - Provide meaningful and comparable analysis and interpretation of data collected against the Entity’s current remuneration practice within the Sector; - Provide a comprehensive report to the Entity on the findings of the exercise; - Provide clearly outline correlation tables of the current and approved grading systems in the workplace; - The benchmark process should include all elements of total package as DMTP is using a Cost to Company remuneration structure; - The benchmark results should be reported within the Attractions, Hospitality and Tourism sector nationally and provincially well as combined benchmark; - The benchmark process should include other elements of total rewards such as leave, working conditions, benefits (pension, group life, disability benefits, medical aid) to ensure that we are in line with what other similar companies offer employees as part of their Total Rewards Package within the sector; - Analyze the pay distribution, range, slope and overlap of DMTP remuneration, providing the relevant reports, recommendations and presenting the outcome of these to the DMTP EXCO and DMTP Board; - Design and recommend a pay scale for DMTP in support of the DMTP strategy and culture, using current salaries and current approves pay-scales averages. These pay scales should accommodate career ladders within each job family; - Make recommendations to DMTP to be included as part of the review of the Entity’s remuneration policy. (Offre №94292642fr)
