Scope of Work: Fleet Management Services Required: • Vehicle tracker and trip reporting; • Provision of a driver tag per vehicle; • Vehicle driver behavior report should be standard (Including, but not limited to speeding, harsh braking, cornering, excessive idling, impact detection); • Vehicle misuse activity must be reported immediately via a pop-up warning on email or mobile platforms; • Be able to track the accurate vehicle location using GPS (real time), online and mobile application; • Stolen vehicle response and 24-hour call center support, 365 days a year; • Tracker information should be sent via email, SMS (on request) or immediately downloadable from the online platforms; • The reports must be immediately accessible and should be downloadable in Microsoft Packages (i.e. Word and Excel); • The service provider must provide maintenance of the device, as and when required, for the contract period.
