Quotations are hereby invited for 60 months (5 years) maintenance contract for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems at Airports Company of South Africa-Upington International Airport. Scope of works: The HVAC Systems include, but are not limited to: • Package units; • Split units; • Cassette units; • Fan coil units; • Evaporative coolers; • Extraction fans; • Diffusers. Servicing - performing routine preventive maintenance as prescribed by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications and ACSA’s planned maintenance activities routes which includes but not limited to the following: • Check & clean air filters; • Check & clean evaporation coil; • Check & clean drainage system; • Check unit cooling mode; • Check unit heating mode; • Check fan and blade; • Check & clean condenser; • Tighten loose connections; • Record On coil temperature; • Record Off coil temperature; • Check refrigerant charge and leakage; • Check holding bolts; • Check condenser brackets; • Report any fault found; • Record control set points; • Record supply/return air temperature; • Check & clean Elect.
