Re-Advertisement: uShaka Marine World invites eligible and accredited service providers to submit a written quotation on their official letter head for the following: Supply and strike down of the 3m free standing Santa, provide storage, refurbishment and installation. Scope: • uShaka Marine World owns this 3 meter Santa light Sculpture. It is made up with outdoor lighting, and tinsel. He is currently waiting to go into storage. uShaka Marine World is requesting Magic Lighting to: • Breakdown of the 3m Santa on or about 29 December 2023. • The removal and transport off site to a Secure indoor Storage facility. • 11 x months storage of the 3 meter light Santa. • Full Insurance to cover the light structure during storage to the value of R 120 000. • Full repairs that need to be done during storage. • Purchase of white, red and black tinsel. And White Outdoor lighting as per spec. • All electricals including lighting must be IP Rated to be weather proofed for outdoor lighting. • Delivery and installation of the 3 meter Santa in perfect working condition with new tinsel. As per photos. And wooden fencing to be set up surrounding the light sculpture on the 23 / 24 November 2023 (tbc). • Once installed the supplier must give uShaka certification from a structural engineer and Electrical engineer that installation is safe as per City by laws. • Supplier must also provide up-keep while on display.
