Technology must not require sterilization before use. It must also not require confirmation steps. The technology must be based on multiple enzymes that will detect viable bacteria in water. The supplier must be able to provide a certificate of analysis (COA) for the kit upon request The wells on the quanti-tray must fluoresce when placed under 365-366 nm UV light which will be indicative of metabolism of multiple enzyme substrates by HPC. The HPC quanti-tray must contain the following sterile contents and packaged in a suitable sterile containers: 1) 120 ml vessels that that contain sodium thiosulfate to neutralize up to 5 mg/L of chlorine for drinking water samples, 2) Quanti-Tray/2000, Trays 3) HPC for Quati-Tray media that can be stored at 2-25°C. Must be easy to prepare and have reduced reading time. Must come with Most Potable Number (MPN) table or obtained through an easy accessible secure site. The results for analysis using the HPC Quanti-tray should be obtainable in at least 44 hours of incubation at a temperature range of 36±2°C. The technology must share the same Quanti-Tray system as Colilert, Enterolert and Pseudalert testing. The technology must be able to minimize contamination, be able to reduce hands-on time in the lab and have less subjective interpretation than the pour plate method. Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of an electrical contractor. Specifications: • Terminate 2 x 240mm² AI MV cable with tails on the bus-bars at Kabelkring 1 Mini Substation, excavate for a distance of 125m lay the cable and extend towards the boundary of Erf 1806; • Install 2 x 300 A 3Ø CB at the kiosk where the customer is to terminate his own cable; • The customer will run his own LV cable at the boundary. Cable work and trenching: • The material will be supplied by uMhlathuze Electricity. All cable trenches shall be dug by hand to receive the new cable. Cables shall be laid to uMhlathuze Electricity standards and the contractor shall make sure that they are installed correctly. Cables in the same trench shall be spaced and laid parallel and shall not cross over one another. Cable ducts shall be install where cables cross roads if necessary. Cable ducts through private drive-ways is the responsibility of the owners of properties and shall be for their accounts; • All trenches shall be backfilled in layers of 200mm and compacted. The top layer of soil shall be racked and all waste materials shall be removed from site; • All redundant cable shall be retrieved and great care shall be taken where plants have to be removed; • The plants shall be re-planted and the area shall be left in an acceptable state. Barricading: • All open holes and trenches shall be property barricaded with red and white danger tape. Terminations and joints; • The contractor shall make sure that all terminations are properly secured, where conductors are terminated to circuit breakers or energy meters with screw type terminals, the strands of the conductor shall be twisted together. If this is not possible the conductor end shall be soldered or a short crimping lug shall be crimped to the end of the conductor to secure a good connection. Specifications: The main purpose is for the secondment of a resource to compile, consolidate and maintain Ezemvelo budget and monitor against actual, prepare monthly management accounts and reports to ensure compliance with legislation and good corporate governance as well as long term financial sustainability of the organisation.
