Bids are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of service provider/s to conduct verification of the descendants of the original dispossessed individuals of Ebenhaeser residing outside of Ebenhaeser and who are non-members of the Ebenhaeser Communal Property Association (Ebenhaeser CPA), for a period of seventy five (75) days. The verification shall include the following: • Verification of descendants limited to 153 households; • Compilation of family trees limited to the 153 households; • Completion of family tree affidavits; • Completion of third-party affidavits; • Completion of power of attorney forms.
