The objective of the Non-Grid Electrification program is to complement grid electrification with an additional Solar Home System to achieve universal access to energy. The service provider is expected to produce the following outputs as indicated. Also, sample of systems to be inspected on site must meet the specification requirements: a) Supply and install SHS in compliance with the NRS 052-1:2012/SAN959 to areas which will be identified by the Department. b) Commissioning, testing and reporting to the Department on each SHS installed.
