Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Service, repair, maintenance and installation services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for Block B and C buildings of the FSCA for a period of three years. The appointed contractor must: - Render service, repair and maintenance services on FSCA UPS units; - Conduct quarterly preventative maintenance/inspections of all UPS units and conduct corrective repairs as and when required; - Provide reactive solution every time which will be carried out safely, competently and in time and in accordance with industrial best practice; - Be able to supply and install/replace units, spares and parts as and when required. - Provide 12 months warranty and guarantee on all spare and parts installed from date of installation; and - Be able to provide 365 days/24-hour call out service.
