INSETA seeks to appoint a Gold or Silver certified Odoo partner to perform System Assessment, Stabilization, and Improvement services. Scope of work: The INSETA implemented a Management Information System (MIS) using Odoo version 14: The prospective bidder is required to perform the following: • System Assessment; • Assess the System Architecture - Design and Functionality; • Assess the Security Architecture - user roles and record rules; • Assess the Database Architecture - data models, normalization, and performance; • Provide expert advice on the effective Odoo architecture that is fit-for purpose for INSETA; • Conduct Customized code and configuration review and make architecture recommendations in line with INSETA ICT Architecture; • Upon completing the Assessments, the prospective bidder will be expected to provide a report of the findings and recommendations in-terms of the mentioned areas with clear action plans on how the finding should be revolved to stabilize the implemented system. System Stabilization and Improvement within 4 – 6 months: • Implement priority recommendations from the assessment; • Perform business analysis and business process review activities; • Implement rationalized and optimized database; • Facilitate data cleansing and migration activities; • Implement effective information access and role configuration; • Implement Odoo configuration and customization standards; • Outline stabilization and implementation methodology in line with Odoo best practices.
