Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Construction and delivery of bicycle trailers. Bicycle trailer specification: - Three (3) welded Bicycle Trailers. - Using Galvanised Steel mesh wire for all the side walls and galvanised steel square pipe (2.5cm²) for the frame. - Colour: Black gloss spray. - Trailer Measurements: 110cm length x 50cm depth x 70cm width. - Connecting fixed arm measurements: 100cm length arm with coupler (firmly welded to the trailer body). - Trailer arm coupler: Must firmly wrap around the bicycle seat (post) pipe. When placed around the seat post, the coupler must be able to be secured tightly, to prevent the trailer from releasing from the bicycle. - Back panel must act like a gate, with two suitable hinges fixed to the bottom frame, which when opened it becomes a ramp into the trailer, and it must have a mechanism at the top of the frame to secure the gate (back panel) when closed, which will prevent it from falling open while in transit. - Wheels (2) per trailer (20inch steel front wheel with inflated tube and tyre). - Note: The trailer must be level with the ground when attached to the bicycle.
