Addendum: Extension of Closing Date: Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment a multi-disciplinary professional service provider for the upgrade of the Nandoni Water Treatment Works (WTW). The scope of work to be implemented can be described as follows: 1. Upgrade of the existing Raw water pump facilities to a 120 Ml/d capacity. This will be achieved by upgrading all of the existing motors and adding a fourth pump set; 2. The lime, flocculant and chlorine dosing systems will all be upgraded to accommodate a flow of 120 Ml/d; 3. Three additional clarification process units, consisting of flocculation channels and settling tanks with a capacity of 20 Ml/d each will be constructed; 4. Six additional gravity filters will be constructed; 5. All the associated pipe work for the process units will be constructed to ensure hydraulic tie-in with the existing works; 6. The associated automation and control instrumentation will also be installed and integrated with the existing system to ensure a fully integrated treatment works.
