Specifications: - Remove the existing power pole and isolate power cables, network and Telkom lines; - Replace ceiling board to where power pole has been installed; - Divide open plan office with drywall; - Cut existing wall to accommodate new door; - Supply, deliver and install aluminium door frames; - Supply, delivery and installation of standard doors to match existing doors with mortice locks, 3 lever and solid brass flush hinges; - Supply, delivery and installation of power skirting; - Reconnect power cables and plug sockets; - Skim all joints of the drywall over the membrane, scrape down till smooth and even; - Paint walls; - Paint doors with sanding sealer and scrape till smooth; - Paint 2 x coats clear vanish.
