Proposals are hereby invited for the appointment of media planning and buying agency MEISEA. Scope of work: An agency to deliver a media strategy with strong integration across all platforms (print, digital, electronic, radio, mobile, OOH and any other media platform) to amplify the: a) Client message and to drive sales and conversion. Client ultimate goal is to ensure conversion and in evaluating the media buy strategy, we will pay particular attention to the agency’s ability to interpret the global brand strategy and showcase an aggressive support to a sales driven approach; b) The strategy must demonstrate an understanding of the peculiarities of tourism retail and sales marketing, as well as the sales cycle; c) The strategy must validate the audience selection, how the brand will be built per target segment and why certain media were included; d) Channel selection must be corroborated with audience categories with a clear indication of how data, analytics, etc. were used in the decision-making process. Once briefed, the agency can request client for analytics which will then help the agency determine the channel selection; e) The strategy must include benchmarking and outcomes based ROI. The strategy must show longevity after the specified campaign period; f) Client often works with partners (traditional and non-traditional) and part of the strategy needs to indicate the selection of partners and how the campaign strategy will create a win win for both partners; g) Develop a media buy strategy with strong integration across all platforms (print, digital, electronic, radio, mobile, OOH and any other media platform) The agency must ensure conversion in all media strategy; h) The agency should have the capability to engage with media owners to explore potential collaborative opportunities. The client intends to enter into a 3-year contract and service level agreement with the successful bidder(s). Unless the parties agree otherwise, the contract will also be subject to a periodic performance evaluation on agreed terms and conditions.
