Quotations are hereby invited for servicing, repair and maintenance of x-ray equipment as and when required x 11. Scope of work: the services of a specialist to render preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance which shall include spare parts that may be needed to maintain the following units at a proper operating condition in accordance with the manufacturer’s specification: - 1 x HS7555si, - 1 x CEIA HIPE. The maintenance shall cover the mentioned units for a period of 11 months as per Premier Maintenance guidelines and specifications. Preventative Maintenance (PM) must cover the specified servicing intervals as per manufacturer guidelines which shall include calibration of the x-ray units and on completion of any work, a completed preventative maintenance report for the units to be issued. Corrective Maintenance (CM) covers the call outs in between preventative maintenance or when a unit fails or components need to be replaced and it shall be expected that any components (spare parts) required should a breakdown occur be supplied within a reasonable period.
