Magalies Water is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified service provider who will assist with Employee Wellness Programme services to all Magalies Water employees and their immediate families. Scope of Work: - Chronic Illness management which includes, among others; awareness, counseling, testing and support for employees and their immediate family members. Assistance with the potential impact of HIV & AIDS, Cancer etc through interventions and programmes that are appropriate, cost effective and sustainable; - Executive Wellness; - Awareness and Education interventions; - Health and Fitness; - Psychological and clinical counseling; - Stress and Trauma management; - Substance abuse and addiction; - Support for chronic illness; - Call centre help line and face-to-face or on/off-site consultation; - Detailed Service Management Plan (timelines and resources to be utilized); - Utilization Reports (reports to Magalies Water on a quarterly basis); - Provision of health awareness services; - Advisory services to Magalies Water on Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) relating to performance and disability management; - Provision of health and wellness advisory services and referral to external health resources nutrition, medical treatment and opinion; - Case management and monitoring. For November 2024 requests – debriefing for online monitors- 6 employees - one session per quarter (at a venue, the Unit will confirm): • Compliance officers 14 employees - (online session) – one Therapist; • Classifiers – 39 of them 1 session per quarter – (online session) two; • Therapist needed for the session the group will be divided into two. 3.
