Scope of work: Internet Services: - Renew existing 200mbps Dedicated Business Link with 1 to 1 contention on Link Africa fibre infrastructure, Services: - Provide 24/7 hour Call Centre to assist with any possible faults/outages, - Monitor and report on internet link uptime, - Troubleshoot and resolve faults/outages, - Complete and submit incident reports for unplanned outages, - Liaise with other services provider (e.g. domain hosting partners, network engineers, etc) to ensure delivery of the contracted products and services to uShaka, - Service provider must have a spare Firewall of a similar specification that can be deployed within 1 hour should the onsite appliance fail, - Provide remote and onsite Firewall Management Services, - Firmware upgrade, - Best practice compliance configuration & optimization, - VPN configuration, - Add/Change rules, - Add/Change users, - Setup Daily, weekly and monthly automated reports.
