Specifications: • Compact imported stabilized fill (min of 5% cement) to create a smooth and even surface for paving; • Compaction of fill is to be suitable for pedestrian traffic and the compaction is to be achieve by using hand stampers (No power equipment); • All standard paving specifications to be followed and any broken bricks are to be replaced; • The contractor is responsible for cleaning up the work area and removal of any debris; • The riverlets caused by rain water running down the sides of the mounding must also be filled with stabilized soil to give a smooth finish relative to the surrounding fill.
