Remove of walkway concrete 1m x 6m that are crack and lift – up and re-do brick work and concrete slab. Concrete should be 150 mm x 1m x 6; 3. Cut tree roots that grown toward building and lift up walkway. Cut the roots at least 400mm from walkway, then dig a trance 600mm x 200mm deep and fill with concrete to prevent roots to grow back to building; 4. Fill and repair all potholes with tar on road to building, 10 m² (but the size and extent of potholes will be identified on the day); 5.
