The successful bidder must issue a report on the findings from the review process and provide recommendations in accordance with the Generally Recognized Accounting Practice (GRAP) reporting framework. The report must be submitted to the Office of the Chief Financial Officer or any delegated employee within the stipulated timeframes; 4. The successful bidder must give a clear indication of the duration required for the overall quality review to be undertaken for all the financial statements as indicated; 5. Give advice on the technical accounting issues relating to identification, recognition, measurement and disclosure of transactions emanating from the review; 6. Conduct a workshop / training to executive management and also members of the mayoral committee on the review and oversight roles and responsibilities over the financial statements; 7.
