Quotations are hereby invited for the following: Appointment of a town planner for the consolidation and subdivision of erven 2572 and 2478, Devland for the development of Freedom Park Clinic for 12 months. The project scope is as follows: The town planner is expected to acquire development rights for the proposed extension of the Clinic in Devland. The scope of work includes (but not limited) to the following key components: - Verify information on ownership, stand number, street name, zoning and boundaries of the proposed land for development including the town planning requirements for the development. - Ascertain and assess the town planning rights. - Undertake a subdivision application to ensure that the proposed development conforms with the City of Johannesburg’s town planning requirements. - Obtaining SG Diagrams approvals through a Land Surveyor.
