Specifications: 1. Trim and shape all trees on and around premises; 2. Trim and shape all palm trees, remove all alien growth on trunk of all palm trees; 3. Remove all weed growth on premises and outside along the building, also to spray weed killer; 4. Clean all gutters and roof of dead branches and weed growth; 5. Dump all garden refuse. Garden currently not maintained: • Dead branches currently falling onto the sidewalk making it difficult for pedestrians to walk and causing pedestrians to vee into the road.
