GKI shall on behalf of Kragerø and Siljan municipalities shall enter into a framework agreement for laundry services, hire of textiles and work clothes, as well as washing of the residents" clothes.
Siljan municipality and Kragerø municipality.
The objective and scope of the contract:
The competition concerns a framework agreement for the delivery of laundry services, including laundering and hire of workwear and linen, etc., washing of residents’ clothes.
The contract must ensure that the contracting authority has a good and secure delivery of such products and services in the contract period. This includes:
The hire and laundering of institutional textiles, including repairs, bringing and collecting the textiles for 2 nursing homes.
The hire and laundering of personnel"s clothing including repairs, bringing and collecting the textiles for 2 nursing homes.
Washing residents" clothes including repairs, bringing and collection of textiles for 1 nursing home.
The service must have a very good standard and quality.
The assignment includes Siljan nursing home and Marienlyst nursing home, all other municipal entities with a need for laundry services must have the same terms.
The products mentioned in the price sheet are those that are used the most used.
The annual estimated contract value is approx. 800 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The estimated scope of the contract does not represent any obligations for the contracting authority, nor does it represent any rights for the tenderer. The tenderer must be aware that the estimated scope of the annual call-off is subject to substantial uncertainty.
Small adjustments in the scope of the content of the textiles" stock can be expected upon request from the contracting authority.

Lots and alternative tenders
The contracting authority will not accept tenders divided into lots or alternative tenders. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment into lots in accordance with PPR §19-4, but we found this unsuitable.
