Re-advertisement: Quotations are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to fault find, repair, replace, monitor and maintain the Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) for a period of three (3) years. Scope: The service provider should conducts preventative and corrective maintenance on the following but not limited to: - Regular system checks and cleaning of hardware; - Firmware updates and upgrades; - Battery backup testing; - Scheduled preventative maintenance visits with details of tasks to be performed; - Troubleshooting and resolving system faults; - Repairing faulty components (e.g. handsets, network cards, power supplies, etc); - Remote troubleshooting via remote access tools (if applicable); - Provide 24-hour emergency in-house support. The PABX system must provide the following: - Generate a report that record duration of both incoming and outgoing calls (i.e. monthly usage); - Generate a report that indicate the frequency of outgoing calls; - Voicemail; - Transfer calls; - Follow me extension (diverting extension calls to cell phones when out of office and be able to call via extension from the cellphone). Menu driving tools including audit trail. Call outs for maintenance and technical support must be dealt within a maximum of 24 hours of a call being logged. Source: ONLINE TENDERS
