Proposals are hereby requested for the provision, installation, configuration including, maintenance and support of email cleansing solution to the client and its clients for a period of five (05) years. Scope of Work: The scope of work for the bidders is as follows: Supply, install, (migration from current solutions, where necessary), configure as well as provision of maintenance and support for the e-mail cleansing services to the client and its clients for a period of five (5) years with an option to review the contract on a 2-year basis as the customer base and security requirements changes. Maintenance and Support: (a) Annual OSM/OEM Maintenance and support for a period of five (5) years must be included in the offering, (b) The bidder must be OSM/OEM accredited or certified to do maintenance and support of the proposed Solutions, (c) The bidder maintenance and support team must be South African nationals currently residing in South Africa, (d) The service provider will be responsible to manage the solution throughout the duration of the contract, Provide Professional Services: (a) Design of email cleansing solution and integration requirements, (b) Project management for the installation and configuration of the email cleansing solution, (c) Provide OEM/OSM certified local skilled resources for the installation and configuration of the email cleansing solution, (d) Transfer of skills to the client"s NTSS technical support resources, (e) Installation Certification and Verification by OEM/OSM: Comprehensive inspection report of the installation from OEM/OSM to confirm that the solution meets the specified requirements and is fully operational, (f) Develop and provide the handover documentation.
