Scope: - The service provider to systematically inspect, clean, adjust, repair, and maintain netting equipment and all parts without dismantling the structure in line with safety specifications. The existing invisi-net netting installation is installed in a highly weather-stressed location and is buffeted on an ongoing daily basis from both the North Westerlies during the Winter period plus the South Easterlies during the Summer, - The service provider shall inspect, maintain and repair the invisi-net where required, and replace small value parts during the service. The service provider is to submit a quotation for approval by the Client for all Large Value parts and undertake the works when the Purchase Order is issued. Failure to get approval from the Client for large-value parts will result in loss of income to the Service provider, - Frequency of the inspection, maintenance, and repairs of the invisi-net bird proofing to be based on the Manufacturer’s recommendations. Also to comply with OHSA regulations. Not to be less than 4 times per annum (Once every 3 months). A report with pictures on the condition of the net is to be submitted to RIM after the inspection each quarter, - All work to be carried out during normal working hours and excluding public holidays, - The Service provider is to submit rates for emergency breakdowns and call-outs.
