Bids are hereby invited for the appointment of a service provider to implement the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Process for the period of three (3) years. Scope of work: The prospective service provider is expected to conduct the following: 1. Update and prepare for approval, the following BCM prescripts: • BCM policy, • BCM framework, 2. Conduct analysis and presentation to relevant management: • BCM Business impact analysis, • BCM Risk assessment, 3. BCM Strategy Design and workshop to relevant management: • Identify strategy options, • Advice management on the suitable Business Continuity strategies to be selected, • Perform cost vs benefit analysis, 4 Implementation and report back to management: • Provide assistance/guidance on the Establishment of the response structures, • Develop Business continuity management plans e.g. Business Continuity Plan (BCP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP), Crisis Management Plan (CMP), 5. Validation, report back to management and updating of the BCM prescripts where necessary: • Conduct simulation test, • Develop maintenance and support plan for all the selected area, 6. Embedding Business Continuity: • Create awareness on the Business Continuity Management across the Department, • Transfer skills to the existing staff within the Directorate: Risk Management, 7. Create an enabling environment for continued implementation, support and monitoring of the Business Continuity Management post the project. Source: ONLINE TENDERS
