         Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um eine Wohnanlage aus den 1930er Jahren. Nach erfolgter Modernisierung und Instandsetzung sollen sich 58 moderne Wohneinheiten auf die 6 Aufgänge verteilen.

         Die geplanten Modernisierungs- und Instandsetzungsmaßnahmen erfolgen im unbewohnten Zustand. Die als Blockrandbebauung errichteten Gebäude befinden sich im Stadtteil Potsdam-Babelsberg, in der Nähe des Filmparks Babelsberg. Die Häuser in der

         Großbeerenstraße 155 / 157 besitzen 4 Vollgeschosse zzgl. Dachgeschoss; die Häuser in der Grünstraße 2, 4, 6 und 8 weisen insgesamt 3 Vollgeschosse zzgl. Dachgeschoss auf. Die Gebäude

         wurden in zeittypischer Massiv- und Mischbauweise mit einer Satteldachkonstruktion errichtet.
