For lobbies, main and fire stairwells: h) Re-paint, remove/replace/repair existing ceilings. i) Clean down/remove/replace/repair existing tiled/screeded/granolithic floor finishes. j) Clean down and repair damaged wall tiles. k) Clean down and repaint existing walls. l) Inspect, clean down, repaint/service/repair door and frame, service ironmongery, replace any damaged or missing parts, and leave in complete working order. m) Inspect, replace broken glass, clean down and provide approved blinds to windows. n) Inspect, clean down, re-paint/repair/re-fix balustrades. o) Supply and install two single Class B fire doors, frames and standard ironmongery.
