         Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös tilaaja) pyytää tarjousta Länsi-Uudenmaan pelastuslaitoksen käyttöön tulevien ambulanssien hankinnasta. Sopimus tulee voimaan allekirjoitushetkellä ja on voimassa toistaiseksi. Alustavan suunnitelman mukaan neljän (4) vuoden aikana tullaan hankkimaan noin 30 kpl ambulanssia.

         Kilpailutuksen perusteella solmitaan sopimus yhden (1) toimittajan kanssa. Toimittajan tulee toimittaa ambulanssit kokonaisuutena (alustat ja korit). Kilpailutuksen perusteella valitaan myös varatoimittaja, jonka kanssa voidaan solmia varsinainen hankintasopimus, mikäli sopimustoimittaja ei täytä sopimuskauden alkaessa tarjouspyynnön ehtoja ja edellytyksiä tai mikäli sopimustoimittaja ei täytä ehtoja ja edellytyksiä sopimuskauden aikana. Espoon kaupunki ei voi sitoutua tiettyihin hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana

         Optiot:

         1. Nelipyörävedolla varustettu ambulanssi. On mahdollista, että sopimuskaudella tilaaja tarvitsee myös nelipyörävedolla varustettuja ambulansseja. Niiden alustava suunniteltu tarve on noin kaksi (2) kpl vuodessa.

         2. Sähkötoimiset sivuliukuovet ja sähköinen astinlauta.

         3. Hoitotilan jää-/kylmäkaappi.

         4. Huolenpitosopimus.

         Optiotuotteet voidaan hankkia joko kaikkiin ajoneuvoihin, tai vain osaan. Päätös tuoteoptioiden käyttöönotosta ei tehdä erikseen, vaan optionkäytönotosta päätetään tilauskohtaisesti tilausten yhteydessä.
