Study on Assessment of the cost of providing wholesale roaming services in the EU/EEA countries — SMART 2017/0091
Following Regulation (EU) Nº 2017/920 which amends Regulation (EU) Nº 531/2012, the Commission shall submit to the European Parliament and Council by 15.12.2019 a report providing, inter alia, an assessment of the ability of visited network operators to recover the efficiently incurred costs of providing wholesale roaming services. The objective of the study is to estimate the efficiently incurred costs of providing wholesale roaming services by mobile network operators in the EEA and in case the Commission decides to propose to amend the wholesale roaming regulation, provide technical assistance on the cost model during the legislative process.

If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu) Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time-limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
