Facilitating stakeholder workshops services relating to the EEA and Norway Grants 2014-2021.
The FMO will require assistance from experienced facilitators to facilitate meetings, including stakeholder consultation workshops, to be contracted via Detailed Contracts under a Framework Agreement.
The FMO intends to enter into a framework agreement with a consulting service provider for:
(1) Appraisal, monitoring, rapid assessment services, and
(2) Facilitation deliverables related to the EEA and Norway Grants funding period 2014-2021, via the launch of 2 separate tenders. Please click on the appropriate link below for each of the 2 services required for further information.
The successful tenderer will need to have sufficient in-house capacity and expertise to deliver the consulting services outlined in the Terms of Reference for each of the service areas.
The 2014-2021 EEA Grants and Norway Grants represent 2 800 000 000 EUR in financial contributions from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to reducing social and economic disparities in the European Economic Area (EEA) and to strengthening bilateral relations with the 15 countries benefiting from the Grants.
The scope of the framework agreement includes the development of monitoring, appraisal and rapid assessment reports, as well as on-site facilitations in the 15 countries covered by the grants (see Terms of Reference).
